Rebecca takes pride in trying to find the cause and effect of a condition and puts patients at ease.
Rebecca has post graduate qualifications and skills in acupuncture, manipulation and rehabilitation. The physio room also hosts electrotherapy, including ultrasound and interferential modalities.
Rebecca sees many patients for pre and post operative care. She works very closely with many orthopaedic and spinal surgeons, including sitting in many multi-disciplinary meetings (including surgeons, radiologists and pain specialists).

Sports Massage
The majority of Rebecca’s treatments are manually based. She also sees some patients for ‘maintenance treatment’ where appropriate.
Prior to attending her physiotherapy degree, Rebecca had completed a Sports Therapy diploma at Farnborough College of Technology (1992-1993). This qualification included sports massage. Rebecca worked in this field extensively before and throughout attending university, including working at elite level for sports such as British athletics.
Knowing the stresses that her patients have these days, Rebecca is aware that most of her patients who book sports massage treatments, like to feel pampered! The treatment room layout and colour scheme has been designed by a high-end interior designer to help make the experience comfortable for the patients. Rebecca has invested in quality products such as soft, comfortable blankets and luxury oils from Aromatherapy Associates.

This exercise and rehabilitation prescription was further advanced with her BSc Physiotherapy skills and she has attended many more rehabilitation courses over the years, including late stage (eg Speed, Agility and Quickness (SAQ) courses).
Rebecca is currently undergoing a MSc in Strength and Conditioning at the world renowned St Mary’s University in Teddington.
